Technically, yes. But I seriously doubt you'd win the suit. Odors are totally objective since each person has their own opinions. And perfumes can't go on the market without being tested for all kinds of things, obviously appeal to their scent being a top priority. I'm sorry if your perfume smells bad! You could try taking it back to the store for a refund, but if they're offering samples of it there I doubt you'd have much luck in that either.Can i sue a company over perfume odors?
You can pretty much sue for anything..and people usually do, which is stupid. Im pretty sure the company has a LOT more money than you and can afford way better lawyers than you can so whatever the reason, it'll just end up being a gigantic waste of time and money for you.Can i sue a company over perfume odors?
